Juliette has a foster but now has pneumonia. 😢

Thank you to Rachel and Dan Vance for stepping up and becoming a ROTTIE HERO and giving this baby a safe place to lay her head!’ Unfortunately, she has become very sick the past couple of days and now has pneumonia!

Juliette is sweet and gentle but hasn’t had the start to life all puppies deserve. At just 11 months old, she already knows what it feels like to be abandoned twice.😢

After being found as a stray and brought to the county shelter, she was adopted, then returned a few days later when her adopter found out she would be traveling abroad and could not keep her. The return had nothing to do with Juliette herself. By all accounts, she was an easy, gentle presence in the home.

Her adopter shared that Juliette was quiet, potty trained, not destructive, and knows sit. She enjoyed sleeping in bed with her person and settled in well. For a puppy her age, she already has a lovely foundation and simply needs consistency, patience, and a safe place to land.

Juliette is still young and eager to learn, but she has shown that she can be a calm, well-mannered house dog. We would love to place her in a foster home where she can continue to feel safe and loved while we work toward finding her forever family. She deserves stability, not another return to the shelter.
