Update: Dr Carr just called and after they knocked him out for surgery he was able to examine him better and he says that there are tumors all the way up his leg and he says that he doesnt think amputating his toe is going to make any difference and amputating his leg is to aggressive since it’s already spread to his lungs. There isn’t anything he can do for him. He doesn’t have a lot of time. I’m so so sad! This sucks.
I’m at Dr Carr’s this morning with Buddy to get his toe amputated. Thanks to the Love and Care of his foster parents, Niko and Deanna Huffman, Buddy’s foot looks a lot better already.

They were able to get most of the swelling down which will make it much easier for Dr Carr to do his job. I think he will feel much better once this tumor is gone. Our plea for funding to help pay his medical bills only brought in under $200. His surgery and after care is going to cost us thousands, so again, I ask you to consider helping us save this very sweet boy’s life and give a little this holiday season so we can give Buddy and other Rotties, the medical care that they desperately need!

Nobody deserves this more than BUDDY!!! He is such an amazing, kind, sweet and loving dog! It’s gonna break my heart in a million pieces if we can’t save him.
WARNING: The image below is a closer photo of his toe!! Don't scroll down if you don't want to see it.
If you can’t donate, we understand. The economy is tough right now, but you can still help him by sharing this on your Facebook pages because you just never know who might see that is in a position to help!!

Buddy was found in this condition last week as a stray.
