Judah is VERY handsome!!
Judah is VERY handsome!!

Judah is a very handsome 2 year old Rottie, who came from a breeder in GA. His owner has become sick, had to downsize and he can not take Judah with him. Judah is described as a friendly boy who likes people and other dogs that he meets. He has never been aggressive. He has never been around children. He does have some obedience training, but will need more work.

Rotten Rottie Rescue is looking for a foster or forever home for Judah. We are located in Gilbert, AZ, we do not adopt outside our state and foster homes must be located within the phoenix area. If you are interested in this handsome boy, please go to our website at: www.rottenrottie.com and fill out the appropriate application under the "How to" button. (Foster or Adopt)

URGENT FOSTER NEEDED – EUTHANASIA LIST

Wavey is a young male Rottweiler currently at Maricopa County Animal Care & Control (Phoenix) and is on the euthanasia list.

Wavey at the shelter
Wavey at the shelter

We must find a foster home by 12/29 or he will be euthanized the morning of 12/30.

Wavey’s Info:

  • Name: Wavey

  • Weight: 82.6 lbs

  • Age: 1-2 yr old

  • Male

  • Deadline: 12/29/2025

Why he was surrendered:

Wavey was returned by his adopter after one redirected bite during a stressful situation between dogs. He was asleep and sick when another dog entered the room and a fight started. While separating them, Wavey redirected once and bit the adult owner on the inner thigh. This was an isolated incident under stress, not a repeated pattern. Wavey needs a calm, structured foster home, not another shelter stay, so he can decompress and show his true self.

We are looking for:

  •  Adult-only home; no kids under 12

  • No other animals or can keep separated until we can do a proper intro

  • Patient, experienced foster willing to follow decompression guidelines

What WE provide:

  • All food & supplies

  • Crate, leash, and gear

  •  All veterinary care

  • Training and behavior support

  • Full rescue backing — you are never alone

If you can foster or know someone who can, please apply NOW.

Sharing this could save his life!

URGENT: FOSTER NEEDED TO SAVE MYSTIQUE’S LIFE

Mystique at the shelter
Mystique at the shelter

We are urgently searching for a committed foster home for Mystique, who is currently on the euthanasia list at Maricopa County Animal Care & Control in Mesa, Arizona. Mystique is listed as New Hope Only, which means only a partner rescue can save her. Rotten Rottie Rescue is a partner rescue, and we are hoping to save her life, but we cannot do so without a committed foster home to place her in.

Mystique landed on the euthanasia list due to kennel reactivity and a fear-based attempt to bite an ACO officer. This behavior is consistent with a dog who is overwhelmed and frightened in a shelter environment.

Deadline: 12/28/2025

If a foster is not secured by 12/28, Mystique will be euthanized by the shelter the morning of 12/29.

 About Mystique:

 • Name: Mystique

 • Age: Listed as 4 years old (she may be younger)

 • Sex: Female

 • Weight: 70 lbs

I met Mystique today. After just a few minutes at her kennel, she was no longer reactive to me. In the yard, she gently took treats from my hand and quickly showed her true personality- playful, happy, and absolutely ball-obsessed. She was fun, engaged, & accepted pets once she felt safe.

She appears to have some discomfort in a back leg, so we will need a foster that is willing to help get her to the vet and any medical needs she may have. Mystique is a ball of energy and a ton of fun. She is a typical rottie who needs you to take the time to earn her trust. She warms up quickly with patience, treats, and toys and once she does, it’s easy to see how special she is.

Foster Requirements

We must have a committed foster home. We currently have too many dogs being returned and no physical space to house Mystique if placement fails.

  • Foster must be located in the Phoenix area

  • Foster must be able to bring Mystique to: Vet appointments in Gilbert, AZ & Meet-and-greets at our rescue in Gilbert, AZ

  • No children under 12 years old since we do not know how she does with children

  • We do not yet know how she is with other animals. She observed another large dog through a play yard gate and went from tense to curious

  • If you have other animals, you must be willing to keep her separate until proper introductions can be done

  • If introductions are unsuccessful, you must still be able to keep her for as long as it take for us to find another foster home, as we do not have a backup placement

What We Provide

Fosters pay nothing! We cover all of Mystique’s needs, including:

  • Food

  • Medical care

  • Toys

  • Supplies

You provide a safe, patient, loving home and the chance for her to decompress and learn that she is safe. Mystique does not deserve to lose her life because she is scared in a shelter. I truly believe she will be an incredible companion for someone willing to earn her trust and give her the space she needs to feel secure.

If you can help us save Mystique, please complete our foster application:
